1. Return eligibility
A consumer may request a return within seven days of receipt where the product has not been used, subject to the exceptions and conditions of applicable Saudi e-commerce law.
2. Product condition
- The product must be unused, in original condition and have an intact cap and safety seal.
- Include the order number and proof of purchase.
- Return accessories or gifts and package the product safely.
3. Incorrect, defective or damaged products
Do not use the product. Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, return or remedy and cover costs where the store or carrier is responsible.
4. Refunds
After the returned product is received, inspected and approved, the eligible amount will be refunded through an appropriate agreed method. Processing time may vary by financial provider.
